The nurse, who is popularly known on social media as “With all my love, Lala” with the handle @Wakaholic_nurse, narrated that the incident happened while a woman was in the labour ward, battling through childbirth. According to her, instead of the husband staying focused on his wife, he chose to flirt with her, a medical professional on duty.
She wrote, “The longer I stay on this job, the more I do not rate marriage. Your wife is in labour and you are flirting with me. As how nau? God please.”
Her post immediately attracted several reactions from online users. Many people expressed disappointment at the behaviour of the man, questioning how a husband could be thinking of flirting with another woman at such a critical moment when his wife was in pain. Others, however, sympathised with the nurse, saying that hospital workers often experience shocking and unexpected behaviours from patients and their relatives.
The story has since gone viral across social media platforms, with people sharing different opinions about what the nurse experienced.
