Reacting to the trending image, Verydarkman took to his Instagram page to set the record straight. He firmly denied ever meeting Nkechi Blessing, let alone having any relationship with her.
“I am not the man responsible for her pregnancy, if she is. I have never met her in my life and I am sure I won’t be willing to meet her ever. Please disregard this picture because it is a fake picture to tarnish my reputation. I am certain this is AI,” he wrote.
He went further to suggest that the viral pregnancy image was the result of editing tools or “a combination of slimming products.”
Verydarkman ended his post by advising Nigerians to be cautious of false advertising and online bullying.
“Say no to false advertising in Nigeria, protect one another, and say no to bullying too,” he added.
Meanwhile, fans have continued to share mixed reactions online, with some mocking the fake image and others calling for restraint to avoid spreading misinformation.
