The woman, who has been married for six years and blessed with two children aged four and six, revealed how her husband’s side chick came to her one day, begging and crying for forgiveness. The lady claimed that she had been in a relationship with the man for over six months but only found out later that he was already married with children.
According to the wife, she had long decided not to stress herself over her husband’s lifestyle with women and had chosen to focus on her business and her two children. Because of that decision, she had nothing against the side chick and did not hold any grudge. The side chick cried bitterly and asked for forgiveness. She went further to ask for friendship, and the wife, touched by her words, accepted.
The two women became surprisingly close. The side chick started visiting the family house with gifts for the children. Sometimes she would bring biscuits, sweets and juice. The wife said her children were always happy whenever the lady came around with her packages.
At some point, the side chick bought the wife a pair of beautiful slippers as her first personal gift. The wife happily accepted it, not knowing it was the beginning of what she now describes as her deepest sorrow.
Three days after wearing the slippers to the market, she returned home feeling strangely weak and unable to move her legs properly. By the next morning, her right leg had started swelling, with frequent itching that refused to go away.
At first, she thought it was something minor and applied some rub, but the swelling only got worse. She later visited a pharmacist, who gave her some tablets, but her condition did not improve. In desperation, she began moving from one hospital to another, but doctors could not find a solution.
According to her, things became more complicated when her husband suddenly changed his behaviour. He began to ignore her completely, kept late nights, and treated her with disrespect. The situation grew so bad that her family had to step in and asked her to return home to her parents for her health and safety.
For the past six months, she has been at her parents’ home, undergoing both hospital treatment and herbal remedies. All medical tests carried out on her body reportedly showed that she was fine, but the swelling and strange pains never stopped.
She said her family has taken her to different churches and even to traditional healers, but nothing has worked. To her greatest shock, the same lady who once begged for forgiveness has not visited her since the day she gave her the slippers. Instead, the side chick has moved into her matrimonial home and is now living with her husband.
The woman is now in tears and deep sorrow, crying out for help from the public. She is also asking people to keep her in their prayers as she battles with the strange illness.
Her biggest worry is her two young children, who are still very tender and need their mother’s care. She said in her cry, “My children are still very young, they cannot lose me now. I want to raise them and give them motherly love.”
This heartbreaking development has left many people shocked as the woman continues to fight for her health while her husband’s side chick enjoys life in her matrimonial home.
