There was confusion in a Lagos community after a sheep gave birth to a very strange baby calf that shocked everyone who saw it. The animal was born with the body of a sheep but its head looked like the head of a human baby. The incident happened during the week and people who were present could not believe their eyes. Some of them screamed, some ran away in fear, and others brought out their phones to record the unusual birth. Very quickly, the video spread across social media and many Nigerians have been talking about it.
People are asking many questions because nobody has ever seen such a thing before. Some residents said that maybe a human being did something wrong with the sheep and that is why the strange calf came out that way. They believe that a man may have slept with the animal. Others rejected that idea and said the case is spiritual. They believe it may be a message from God or a mysterious sign to remind people that the world is full of secrets.
One woman who lives in the community said, “I have been alive for more than fifty years, but I have never seen anything like this. It looks like a warning from God.” Another young man said, “This is not normal at all. Scientists need to check this thing and explain it. We cannot just keep quiet.”
The strange birth has divided opinion. Some people are afraid and believe it is a curse. Others are simply curious and want experts to come forward and give answers. The community has been full of discussions since the incident happened.
