A tragic incident occurred on June 10, 2025, at New Garage on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, where a middle-aged man, identified as Adebowale Segun Adelere, was found unresponsive in his Cherry vehicle with registration number LND 483 FV, parked near NGAB Filling Station.
Transport union members at the scene noticed him struggling to breathe, but despite their efforts, he passed away before medical help could arrive.
His remains have been taken to Divine Hospital Mortuary for preservation and autopsy. Authorities are now seeking the public’s assistance to locate his family or anyone who may know him.
