In her own words, she explained:
"I met an actor named Mr. Ajayi, who told me he was close to actress Funke Akindele. He promised to introduce me to her and help me become a popular actress. He invited me to where he was, and I stayed with him from morning until night, waiting to meet Funke Akindele, not knowing that he was lying the entire time."
She further recounted the shocking incident at the hotel:
"The actor invited me to a hotel and told me I must have s€x with him if I wanted to become famous. When we were inside the hotel room, he tried to force himself on me, but I refused. He became angry, chased me out of the room, and said he would never introduce me to Funke Akindele if I didn’t comply."
