CNG query Buhari and Federal troops for FAKE PROMISES to the Northerners.
Due to the incessant regular attacks on travelers along the Kaduna-Abuja highway, and the recent order by the President "for troops to get merciless with bandits". *Coalition of Northern Groups* has described these situations to be the worst in the history of the country.
CNG spokesperson Mr. Abdul-Azeez Suleiman, while commenting on the recent rise in attacks, killing, and raping alongside kidnapping, by suspected Fulani herdsmen... as the president calls this an "empty threat", said, the government has completely lost control of the regions, forest, and highway to armed criminals.
Reported to be in vast numbers, along these highways, and forests terrorizing locals and the population with ease.
He added that due to these present conditions, the Federal Government and troops can no longer be trusted to provide even their last security needs for its citizens.
The Coalition insists Northerners have had enough of FAKE PROMISES from the Buhari led-administration. Which they say is not making things right and securing life and property.
He said;
*While all Northern State Governors have completely run out of ideas. The president and Federal troops keep telling us that they are doing something about the daunting security situation*.
*But by now, all Northerners must have realized that our communities have been abandoned to the mercy of unforgivable poverty and armed criminals...that continuously waste the greatest assets of the region; its population, weakening us politically and pauperizing the region economically*.
He continued,
*Enough of taking fake promises from an administration that runs from threats, and acquired a reputation of being the worst in the history of our nation. In terms of any capacity to generate confidence, in its ability to achieve Society of citizens lives and properties*.
"All Northerners are by now alarmed at The rising insecurity of communities and their properties with the escalation of attacks by bandits, rustlers insurgents, and other assortments of armed criminals who roam town and village at will, wreaking havoc*
Mr. Abdul-Azeez Suleiman concluded as a spokesperson for the Coalition.
