A popular native doctor from Igwuruta, Port Harcourt has embraced Christianity after Pastor Humble Okoro of Joy Christian Church led him to accept Jesus Christ and destroy his shrine.
The transformation took place on Thursday, following the recent arrest of a fellow native doctor in Enugu State, which sparked renewed efforts by local religious leaders to reach out to traditionalists.
Pastor Humble Okoro revealed that the native doctor, known locally as Nwamiri, had been practising his craft for over fifteen years.
