A kind gesture from HRM King Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere has given a fresh hope to an immigration officer who turned down a ₦10 million bribe from a suspected ritualist kingpin in Enugu State.
The officer, who refused the bribe money said to be from the alleged ritualist of pregnant women and virgins, had gone viral after his story was shared online.
Touched by his honesty and bravery, HRM King Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere, on Thursday, 30th May, wired ₦1 million from the altar of God to the officer’s account. He explained that the money is a blessing from God, different from the “blood money” offered by the ritualist.
The revered cleric shared the news on his social media page, writing, “Because this money is coming from the altar of God Almighty, there shall be an unexplainable increase and growth in your finances. You shall become so great locally and internationally.”
He also expressed confidence that the officer’s integrity will inspire foreign investors to see Nigeria differently, create jobs for youths, and bring positive change to the country because of Jesus Christ.
King Chinyere concluded by praying for all who shared his post that helped him reach the honest officer.
