VeryDarkMan, also known as Martins Vincent Otse, has announced his plan to attend Mercy Chinwo’s upcoming concert in London, despite the N1.1 billion lawsuit she filed against him.
In a recent video, VDM made sarcastic remarks about the gospel singer’s show, commenting on ticket prices and suggesting that she has multiple streams of income. He claimed he would be attending the concert "with full force," hinting at more controversy.
Mercy Chinwo had previously sued VDM for defamation, demanding N1.1 billion in damages. The lawsuit followed VDM’s accusations that she had been dishonest in her dealings with her former manager, Ezekiel Thankgod Onyedikachukwu, also known as EeZee Tee.
VDM has also recently released a song titled "Body of Christ," produced by Soji Star, and even compared Portable to Mercy Chinwo, expressing interest in featuring the controversial singer.
Portable, in response to VDM’s video, questioned if he could afford to pay him N100 million and accused him of constantly attacking wealthy individuals online. Their ongoing feud has seen Portable previously accusing VDM of misusing funds meant for an NGO, even calling him a thief and reporting the issue to traditional deities.
As VDM prepares to attend Mercy Chinwo’s concert, many are watching to see if this ongoing drama will escalate further.
