Pastor Williams Folorunsho Kumuyi, a respected man of God and General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Bible Church, has recently opened up about his childhood. He shared how his parents used to fight a lot when he was young.
Pastor Kumuyi recalled that he often saw his parents arguing. He said that the fighting made him unhappy, but he did not have the courage to tell his father.
His father had more than one wife and his mother was often upset. Witnessing these disputes, Pastor Kumuyi decided that his own marriage would be different from his parents.
In his story, he mentioned that his father and mother would argue back and forth. He remembered that even though he was young, he understood that such behaviour was not right.
He also spoke of his early school experiences. While at school, he admitted that he had taken things without permission and even lied about school purchases to get extra money.
Later, he confessed his misdeeds to the school principal and his father, saying that confessing one’s sins and making amends is a sign of true salvation.
The video of his recollection was posted on TikTok by @godstimeoofficial and has since received many supportive comments from viewers.
