I’m actually 41, so three years ago, I decided it was time for me to settle down and stop living the reckless life I was leading. I didn’t just want any wife; I wanted the right woman—a woman from a good home with a strong moral upbringing. That’s when I decided to start attending church, and we found joy in each other’s company. I proposed to her, and she accepted.
Since she wasn’t educated to my standards, I decided to sponsor her education and delay our marriage to allow her to fully concentrate on her studies. I didn’t mind that she came from a poor background; still, I decided to invest my money in her education and enrolled her in a private nursing school in another town, where the best nursing institutions were located. She finally graduated nine months ago.
While she was in school, I was very lonely and needed someone to keep me company. Even though she would visit on weekends, I still felt the emptiness and space in the house. So, I started seeing someone else just to keep myself busy while I waited for her to graduate. In fact, I had been seeing the other lady for about three years, although I never told her I was engaged.
I still planned on ending things with the other lady immediately after my fiancée graduated and we got married. However, when my fiancée graduated nine months ago, she somehow caught me with the other lady. I pleaded and apologized, and she accepted my apology. To be honest, I’ve found it difficult to let go of the other lady—she’s so sweet, even though she’s not exactly what I want in a wife. But my fiancée, the woman I want to marry, isn’t good in bed.
I couldn’t help but continue seeing the other lady, and my fiancée caught us for the third time. I sincerely begged her to give me some time, as it wouldn’t be easy to just let go of the other lady. I’ve kept begging her that I’ll fully change once we get married. But I was shocked to hear that the same woman I had helped— the same woman I lifted from nothing—had been seeing someone else behind my back and was even planning to marry that man.
When I confronted her this morning, she confirmed the rumors, saying she could no longer continue with the relationship, let alone marry someone like me. Really! The same man who helped you, Vera! Were you this beautiful when I met you? I picked you up from the gutters, and now, thanks to my money, you and your low-life family can boast of eating three square meals a day. I practically bathed you with my money to make you look like a human being.
And now you look beautiful, but this is how you choose to repay me? Do I deserve this? It’s in a man’s nature to cheat; all men do this. It’s something very normal. Why should my case be any different? It’s obvious you’ve been cheating on me all along. After everything I’ve done for you and your family, I honestly do not plan to let this slide. I’ve never been this pissed off or embarrassed in my life.
Please help me expose her. I’ve been betrayed in the worst way.
