I would like to hide my identity due to personal reasons. I am a 25-year-old man, and I met this lady when I was 21. At that time, I had just finished university and started a small-scale mining business. We began dating, and I introduced her to my family. I was broke and managing with a small Mercedes Benz, which I used to secure some contracts from foreigners and invest in my business.

Fast forward, some Americans came down to invest in my mining business, and I told my lady that because her family was financially struggling, I wanted to help her go to university. I assured her I would take care of her tuition and even make her my PA, paying her 5,000 Ghana cedis. This was around 2020.

However, things took a turn. After we visited Canada for an investment meeting, she started behaving strangely. I knew something was off, but I tried to overlook it. Eventually, her sneaky behavior and suspicious calls left me with no choice but to hack her phone. That’s when I discovered she was still talking to her ex. What hurt the most was that she was giving her ex the salary I was paying her.
