No-coders Lucy Chen and Jeremy Wilt launched Aid for Afghans to assist refugees and allies looking to help.
The crowdsourced directory app lists over 110 resources, ranging from organizations seeking donations to temporary housing, compiled from Twitter, Instagram, and Reddit.
The new app lists over 70 organizations where the public can offer aid or volunteer, as well as petitions they can sign.
In addition, it directs refugees to the likes of legal support, temporary housing, food, and resettlement support.
The duo built the app using no-code app builder Adalo and is open to feedback.
The app comes after another creator built a similar directory in Carrd listing fewer resources as well as links to help the public educate themselves on the crisis.
Separate, but related: in a recent interview with Makerpad, one charity founder shares the no-code tools he used to build and grow Carefree, while discussing the immense potential impact no-code can have to help the charity/social sector.
